Special milestones in 30 years of business
1993
Founding of Lira (2. 8.)
In a shop in Italy, spouses Helena and Igor Zupin were inspired and decided to found the company Lira d.o.o. Initially, the company focused on selling toys.
1995
Expansion and purchase of Šalara office space
Due to the growth of the business and the expansion of the assortment, they decided to buy a business premises, which was a brave decision at the time.
1997
First time visiting China
The trip was a turning point, as they had the opportunity to explore many possibilities and gain an insight into the future.
2001
Exclusive Bestway agent
They recognized the enormous potential in the world-famous Bestway brand, and thus the Lira company became an official representative in the Adriatic countries.
2008
Establishment of the Bestway Support Center
A few years later, the Bestway Support Center also came to life in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, which still successfully resolves claims.
2010
Creating own brand, itStime
A diverse vision of the future and a passion for creating new products led to the creation of a new brand itStime.
2014
Moving to a new location
Lira moved to a new, larger location with more storage, as the team and the offer grew and the need for new space was imminent.
2015

Metka Zupin
Metka has followed her parents every step of the way since she was little, but in 2015 she also officially joined and enriched the team and tried herself in various positions.
2021

Alex Zupin
Her younger brother also followed in her footsteps, and as the manager of the warehouse, he brought a new breath of fresh air and momentum to the collective.
2022
New storage facilities on additional land
The ever-increasing offer and wider range required more and more space, so additional storage space was necessary.
